Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Closet Edit Co. takes on a limited number of projects each month to ensure a high level of service and attention to detail.

Consultation Fee & Booking

A consultation fee may be required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your project if you choose to move forward with services.

Project Investment

Closet Edit Co. offers customized services based on the scope and needs of each space. Most clients invest between $700–$5,000+ for full-service closet and home transformations.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve all project dates. Deposits are non-refundable and ensure your scheduled time is held exclusively for your project.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules may change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows

Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and any deposit or consultation fee will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointment times may be shortened to accommodate scheduling, and full service fees will still apply.

Project Commitment

Due to the time and preparation involved, once a project has begun, payments are non-refundable.
